Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Offline Books - Read Unlimited account and the data associated with it.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open Offline Books and sign in.
Tap the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

Can't sign in? Email us instead

Send an email to alqaimsolutions5@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with.
Use the subject line "Delete my account".

We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your account (email address, user ID, sign-in credentials)
Your reading data (library, bookmarks, reading progress, downloads)

What we retain

Purchase and billing records required by law — these are detached from your identity and kept only as long as legally required
Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription managed by Apple or Google. To stop being charged, cancel it yourself in your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions settings before deleting your account.

Delete your data without deleting your account

If you only want certain data removed (for example your reading history), email us at alqaimsolutions5@gmail.com and tell us what to remove.
