These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Offline Books — Read Unlimited mobile application ("App") ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone aged 13 or older. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

The App provides access to public-domain books for offline reading. Books are sourced from Project Gutenberg and other open repositories. We do not claim authorship or copyright over any public-domain content.

3. Accounts

You may use parts of the App without an account. Creating an account (via email, Apple, or Google sign-in) enables features such as cloud sync of bookmarks and reading progress. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• The App offers an optional ad-free subscription billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.

5. Ads

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). Ad-free subscribers do not see ads. Ad networks may collect device identifiers for ad personalization subject to your consent; see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, and branding are owned by us. Public-domain book content remains in the public domain. Third-party trademarks (Apple, Google, Project Gutenberg) belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific book will remain accessible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab inside the App or by emailing alqaimsolutions5@gmail.com. See our Account Deletion page for full details.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
